Sir Edward Banayoti Sawiris (born September 15, 1964, in Cairo, Egypt) is of Egyptian/Greek descent, based in Canada. Banayoti Sawiris is a business tycoon, philanthropist, investor, and a
global entrepreneur of various industries. His business empire has expanded from Canada to the UK, Europe, and South America. He has made his mark in real estate, asset management, investment management, hospitality, communications, software, defense, military, and security industries. He currently is the founder of Defence Unlimited International.

TIMOTHY MOORE

Founder of MIT and inventor of MITgel products

Tim is a technology broker who has both the skill to develop products from various materials and the leadership to build a team geared towards the manufacturing and promotion of safety products utilizing gel technology.

Spearheaded the development and production of high grade
polymers for protection against blunt force trauma in body armor.

After 15 years of study related to gels, body armor invented by Tim is currently undergoing the US patent process as well as 24 months of field trials.

His formal education includes two years in Advanced Physics and Sciences from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.

Founder of FoxCo Industries, a manufacturing and development corporation focused on the engineering and production of polyurethane products.

Richard has patented machine and mold design of urethane machines used in production for multiple consumer product firms.

He has worked in a consultant role, designing impact absorbing products for a variety of companies and bringing these designs
through the development process, all the way through to
production and distribution.

Richard Fox lead research and development of materials and process technologies for Polyworks Inc.

Licensed froth foam product processes and machine design to Rogers Corporation for use in production of consumer goods.
